Donut turn


Here you are...at last for almost 15 years ++ i have never make donut...now i try again. Taste good. My friend's also said like that.


Now i want to share with other my plain donut recipe.

Donut Recipe

Ingredient A

600gm flour

100gm self raising flour

100gm sugar

30gm milk powder

1 tsp salt

11gm (1 packet)instant yeast


Ingredient B

1 egg

330ml warm water

60gm margerin

1 tsp bread softener


Method;

1. Mix all together ingredient A.

2. Added ingredient B . Take some time to kneading the dough.

3. Left aside until doubled size.

4.Take the dough and shaped.

5. Let donut to rest about 15 minutes.

6. Deep fry in cooking oil just until golden colour.

7. Decorate with icing sugar or chocolate ganache.
