340 gm air sejuk *air paip pun bole
1/2 tsp bread improver

Bahan B;










40 gm telur
120 gm gula castor
1/2 tsp garam
50 gm air sejuk
6 gm yis segera

Bahan C;

60 gm mentega atau majerin
200 gm tepun berprotin tinggi
